Connection lost

I have suddenly lost connection. Have reset and restarted modem, plugged everything out and back in. Still no change. Please advise ASAP.

I have checked your NBN-HFC details in the NBN portal, and there appears to be an NBN related outage in your area/on your service.

There is no ETA at this point in time. Hopefully it wont be down for too long and is the hands of the NBN-CO.
