Connection not working

Our NBN was connected by TPG around 2pm April 2 and was working ok but next morning there was no service and the CONNECTION LIGHT was flashing red with an audible clicking noise coming from the NBN device. The DSL and LAN lights were not illuminated.

I have gone through the CONNECTION NOT WORKING checklist but to no avail. I have also emailed the helpdesk also to no avail.

What can I do next?
