I had just joined TPG 3 weeks ago. At first, the internet connection was running fine but for the past two weeks the internet consistently drops out every hour at night. I normally restart my modem and it will take around 10 - 20 minutes for it to connect back online before dropping out again.
I do not have any device that can use ethernet cable as all my devices are wireless.

I used your community details to pull up your TPG account and check what's affecting your service. From what I gathered, the NBN box itself is losing connection. I have raised this issue to our Engineering Team so we can have this escalated to NBNCo for investigation. Once updates are available, an Engineer will contact you via SMS or phone call on the number we have on file.
