I have been a TPG customer for 6 years, recently (past 2 weeks) I have been experiencing consistent dropouts throughout the evening. These dropouts begin around 5.30 pm and continue through out the evening,
Tonight (Thursday 29th November) has been the worst I have ever experienced. So frequent that I simply have lost patience with the service.
Could I please ask that the connection be investigated.

I was able to locate your account using your community details and seen multiple dropouts occurs in your service due to line fault. This has been escalated today to our Engineering Team for further investigation, it is currently under assessment by one of our Engineers.
I will keep an eye on this and chase this up with them. Further updates will be provided by the assigned Engineer via SMS or Phone call.
