Constant Dropouts

My TPG internet has been constantly dropping out for weeks, some days every hour!
Lights drop off the modem and can sometimes take over an hour to reconnect.
Have called support about a month ago, promised a technician would visit, never turned up.
Very disappointing service and not helpful when working from home.
Any suggestions?
