Hi,
I've been experiencing constant dropouts on my NBN service since yesterday (Sunday afternoon). There is no outage according to NBN's website (Bonnyrigg, NSW) . I've done several dozen hard resets on the black NBN box and the OEM modem/router (Archer VR1600v - maybe about 4-5 years old). The connection is very intermittent, it would connect and show all the necessary lights on the modem/router but then drop out for a few minutes then reconnect again, then dropsout etc.
What is going on with the service?
