We were on ADSL2 and had no connection issues.
However as soon as we upgraded to the NBN we have had constant drop outs that last up to 5 minutes each.
Is it possible to get somebody to check our connection?

We're not able to find any network-related issues that would cause the dropouts. We have detected though that your modem has been losing connection. We have refreshed your connection on our end to see if that will do the trick. If the dropouts are still persistent, please perform a reset (using the reset button) on the modem.
