Creating extra email account

I had create an extra email account for family as per term here "Add slave user" and there are no issue.

 

When I test it by sent email to "new email"@mail.tpg.com.au - got a rejection of that person email does not exist - Verify the correct email address .

Log on check email at post office - enter new user name (just create) and password and it go back to login gui again with no error .

 

My question is how long does it take to create an extra email account - it looks like I have no issue to create but the system does not recognise the new email account yet - 

 

I did test to see if I can change the password and the system did not recognise new user email so it look like system still do not create the new user email on the fly ?

nm, it took sometimes to create account  - not instantly
