Hi I have been on hold for over two hours and I would like to know how I can talk to someone about my problem with my internet.  The phone says you can get help 24 hours a day but I am unable to get any help.  I have downloaded the app and put in my issue and it says fault type and that it is unresolved but will anyone contact me?  What happens now?  How do I know anyone is looking at it?  The chat does not seem to work either?  Is there anyway of contacting anybody?
