I was able to locate your account using your community details and seen that there is a possible line issue causing your service not to work.
I've seen that you have been in contact with one of our Technicians and this has been raised to our Engineering Team for further investigation.
Our Engineering Team raised this with NBN Co. And we've been told that Earliest appointment for a NBN technician visit is Friday, 09 November 2018, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM.
Note: Your attendance is required.
