Dear customer service team
 
My Internet Account no is 5218565 . I would like to inform you that my internet connection NBN broadband is not working since march 15 th 2020. Constantly trying  to contact you on online chat and phone since then but unsuccessful. I would like to cancel my subscription for home internet with TPG as soon as possible.
