Does TPG respond to technical problems logged or just pretend?

logged an online issue 6 hours ago with my nbn service.

no response other than an automated text saying they acknowledged my fault lodgement.

tried ringing their fault line but have been parked on it for an hour.

so I assume no customer service once they have your money is their modus of operation.

Hi freeway01,

Did you logged a ticket via TPG Application? If so, the assessment usually takes 24-48hrs before you get an update from our Team. Send us your details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) so we can check the status of the connection and get to the bottom of this.
