My mother is in her 80s, and has a TPG NBN account with a 10GB download limit, as she usually just uses it to check emails. Due to COVID-19, she is self-isolating and the family would like to keep in touch via video chat, but are concerned about her download limit. Given that NBN Co. have announced that they are giving telcos extra bandwidth for free, and Aussie Broadband, for example, is passing this on to cutomers by not counting data used between 6am and 6pm toward download limits, what are TPG prepared to offer to assist vulnerable customers?
