Download speed slower than upload speed NBN 50

I've requested an NBN plan change from 12Mbps to 50Mbps. However speed tests show my download is only around 11Mbps while my upload is ~18Mbps!

I'm on HFC.

It's back to normal now. Will monitor if the issue happens gain.
