Drop out nbn

I've been having drop outs recently. this issue seems to persist more often then expected. it seems that when i restart the modem a few times it comes back then it drops out again soon after. It’s annoying to watch Netflix or YouTube and the signal disappears on every thing. Is my modem faulty?

They've raised this case to NBN as they've identified a possible issue with the network being handled by NBN.
