Hello, I recently got my internet changed from 25 mbps to 50. As an upgrade. I have had my service for years very cosistantly providing 16-21 mbps. The Change has made the service unreliable with many many times a day providing 0.001 mbps. It needs reverting. What can I do. Please and thank you.
