Dropout connection

Level 1a
First day update to NBN ,
But the internet keep disconnect ,and keep reconnect for all day long , when connecting speed are alright , but after few minute will disconnect again ,just like we restart the modem . Playing online game and keep kick out because of drop out .
Need help with this ~
