Early Termination Fee // Want to get out of my contract - constant dropouts

I would like to know the basis on which my early termination fee will be calculated. I'm currently on an nbn SL superfast bundle and have 10 months of my contract remaining.


I have had issues with my service for the last 6 months. I have been "escalated to engineering" more than 5 times and have had an NBN tech called to my house three times. I am still experiencing continuous dropouts for 3+ hours at a time. I do not think that I am getting what I paid for.


Please advise what TPG can do for me prior to me taking the TIO route.
