Receiving email is extremely Slow even when I sent and an email to myself. It is useless when trying to get confirmation emails for two factor logon authenication. Whats the story?

We're sorry to hear about your email issue. Is this happening all the time? Are you using an email client or TPG Post Office?

I was using the web function withing the TPG web site. It seems to be only slow in the mornings and in the evenings seems alright.
