Hi all, I'm not receiving emails from Australia Post to my TPG email (IMAP) account.
Examples of sending servers includes
I have no problem receiving them at hotmail, telstra mail. This doesn't help me as my Australia post services are associated with TPG email.
Could you please refer to your admin's to see if they have been blacklisted?

We'd love to help get to the bottom of this, to better understand the situation please shoot me a private message with your account details (Username/Customer ID) together with the address on file, also include the affected e-mail address.
