I can't access my email. I have sent 2 emails to Cancels@tpg.com.au indicating I require email account only. TPG recipient name is Chona.

We'll chase this up with our Accounts Team and ensure you'll have your email only service. Send us a PM with your TPG customer ID or username and we'll take care of it.
