Experiencing high latency on Singapore game servers

My son and I regularly play Apex Legends on Singapore and North American game servers. Switching to Australian servers is not an option as there are insufficient players to start a match. When we were with MyRepublic we would consistantly get 100ms ping to Singapore servers. With TPG we get 230ms or higher to the same servers. I have checked with friends who also play the game and they all get better ping (100-120ms) with other internet providers. (See attached image).

It has been mentioned on these forums previously, but there has been no publicly posted resolution - all customers have been asked to PM a moderator.


It would appear that TPG is using a poor route/third parties into the Singapore region. Can this be changed/optimised?
