Extremely Slow Upload speeds

I have a slow upload speed on new 50 nbn plan of only 0.35

i have reset my iPad and tested it on two different iPads .

both are extremely low. Also there appear to be a delay every time I try to upload something

Does slow upload speed only affect iPads? Or other device(s) connected via Wi-Fi?

For testing purposes, please post a a screen shot of the speed test result using (www.speedtest.net) on a Desktop/Laptop connected via LAN/Ethernet cable on this thread.
