Hi, I am on an unlimited NBN broadband plan. This is the fourth consecutive day that I can’t even open a picture attached to my gmail, not to say watch YouTube etc. I tried online technical support chat, it aways say”we are serving other customers”. Nobody takes calls. How can I get hold of anyone to help please?
