Extremely slow upload speeds

Hi, 

I am working from home and having some seriously slow upload speeds which is impacting my work significantly. 

Not sure how to fix this, please help!

Hi @phillipculpan1 

The NBN12 plan that you are on has a maximum of 12Mbps downstream and 1Mbps upstream. The speeds you are getting are spot on for your plan.

If you are needing faster uploads you should look at upgrading your plan. See details below how to upgrade via My Account.

Thanks Karl, 

However, i can't see anywhere that specifies what the upload speed is for either plan above the one I am currently on. 

Please advise?
