We have been with TPG FTTB for 2 years - and while the speeds are great, the rate of drop out is so high. We experience drop outs at least a few times every hour, everyday. While we've been fine to reboot the modem since signing up because it was entertainment related - but I am currently working from home and need a stable internet to continue to work remotely.
Would love assistance as soon as able - given that TPG Technical Support Chat (which I used as a request from the TPG Automated Voice Message on the phone directed me to use it due to COVID-19) waited an hour and a half patiently and then had Ross close the chat. Very frustrated at this point.
