Hi TPG Team
I have been trying to reach support but have been unable to do so. I have extremely slow upload speed. I currently have 2 apartments in the same building, one is fine and the other seems to be capped at 1mbps upload. We have also previously used tpg in another 2 different apartments, again in the same building and it was also fine.
I dont use this apartments internet much but whenever I do, it is extremely frustrating - please advise.
