FTTB M Upload speed

Hi,

I'm getting very low upload speed and I need to have at least consistent 1.5 Mbps upload speed as I take online proctored exams - with the rates I'm getting now I can't even pass the minimum requirements.

Here's some speed tests:

is it possible to have my line checked? Download is fine for what I use it for just need to get the upload improve a bit.

I gave the router a bounce and it seems to be working better at the moment.
