FTTB Service Issue - Speed gone way down

I live in West Perth and have FTTB. Usual speeds we get are great (from a test done in the past): - Almost a 100 download and 40 up...


But recently it has slowed to a crawl. I just tested it now: - <10 down (upload is still at 30). The 10 down is better than it has been in the last couple of days.


Is there a service issue? Or have more people jumping on the network slowed it down?


Is there any trouble shooting I can do on my end?

Welcome to the community!


I ran initial tests on your connection and it shows your service is getting a passing speed on the line, no dropouts reported and currently connected for 1week 2d 17h 11m


I recommend to perform a power cycle on your modem/router for 2-3mins, by doing this your connection to our network will be refreshed then try to run another speed test.

Did the trick, the good ol' switch off and back on again.
