Hi, my FTTB srevice is not working this morning and your customer service is simply horrendous. (that is, non-existent).
Can you confirm whether there is an outage in Cammeray, Sydney 2062?
I have rebooted the router multiple times, I get speeds of approx 20 mbps (usually 90+) for about a minute, then it just stops working.
this is urgent, please respond.
