FTTB constantly dropping out EVERY mins

Hi,

I have FTTB in the apartment - the area is in Surry Hills (on Randle lane).

Since last week, the internet connection drops out very frequently.

Especially in the day time, I cannot even use a minute, sometimes it drops just every min repetitively, drops out and connects back. Sometimes it was fine in the evening time but today it went off again and very unstable at the moment.

Could you please look at my service and address the issue as soon as you can. I really need the internet for my work.

Have you do some troubleshooting?

-Make sure power injector is working. (no red light)

- Modem is with WAN ligh on

Hi Luisc,

Yes, we already tried and checked those you have mentioned.

Wifi connection is still very unstable, it seems like it's getting worse day by day.

I wonder why it's worse in the day time.

Could you please check my service/modem remotely?
