Today I received my NCD and Router boxes ready for FTTC connection to NBN (great). I received an SMS a couple of hours later from TPG saying that the 'service is awaiting activation' (also promising).
I have connected NCD and Router and can only get solid blue Power and blinking blue Connection Lights on the NCD (no DSL or LAN light), as well as solid green Power, 4G and 5G lights on the router (no Internet light at all).
I have waiting 1hr and then after a power cycle, another 2hrs (guidance is that it should connect in 15-30min?)
Is there someone I can message to see if there is an issue beyond the walls of my apartment?
I only have tablet devices so connecting directly into these boxes won't be possible unfortunately (for any troubleshooting at that level). Hoping someone can help.

For new services, we recommend customers to check if their service has been installed and activated.
We have created this community article, which contains a video on How to track your TPG service installation
We also send an email notification once the service is activated.
If you have received this email and the service is still not working, we recommend to check if the equipment is properly set up and we have created setup guides for all technologies that TPG use : New Connection Setup Help
