FTTC NBN box link light flashing blue

Hi there,

The link light on our NBN box has been flashing blue since Friday and the box is making a clicking noise. We've restarted our modem and the NBN box to no avail. Is there a problem with the network? I can send a DM to someone if I need to give further information

I got you! Try this troubleshooting, 

Power cycle the NBN box by unplugging the power cord from the wall socket, wait for 1 min, and then plugging it back in.

If the clicking noise is still there, ping me a message with your details.
