When can my NBN FTTC connect setup. If installation is completed, then stop sending me all those annoy message to ask me connect the devices. I have done that million times, guess what, it didn't work. I have been on the phone with you for over an hour and as promised a tech will contact me 3pm, now it's almsot 6pm, no one has called. If you can't keep your words, why you even make a promise???
I am cancelling my serivce now. Good luck with your **ty business and services.
