Firmware upgrade for Archer VR1600v v1
Hello TPG,
I am on the NBN FTTC SL Bundle Fast and for the past couple of months I have noticed my download speed slowly decreasing and it is sitting at download speeds of 2.13 MBPs even when I am sitting right next to the router. While doing my research I discovered that speeds should actually reach up to around 60-90Mbps during peak hours*. What can I do to achieve these speeds?
I also noticed that my firmware could possibly need updating.
Firmware Version: 0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 200810 Rel.53181n
Hardware Version: Archer VR1600v v1 00000000
What can I do to update the firmware too?
Is there a way to have someone from TPG come and investigate what is causing the slow internet speeds and restore the inital nbn speeds from when I first got it?
