First Day of TPG- nothing workinv

Today's my first day in TPG.
First i had to wait for a long time for activation date of my connection.

Now, even on this date my connection is still not yet activated.

I called in to customer care and had to literally wait for more than one and a half hour to get connected to technical team, after that i have to cut the call by myself, as none answered and calls stayed on queue.

I'am seriously disappointed with the service.
