I received NBN box and modem and began installation process since 28/03/20 and have not yet the connection ( 1 month ).
Can someone please tell me if I have to cancel my ADSL with another provider by myself or TPG has to do it, otherwise I won't have my NBN internet? With this ADSL I am not under fixed contract now and am free to leave.
If it has to be cancelled by me before a new FTTC installation, why was I informed by TPG to do it on day one?
