Frustrating Customer Service

I was so frustrated when I am using this chatting online tool and failing my best try to disconnect the ADSL 2+ internet service for my old address. I understand this is a tough time for everyone, but I have been moving to a new home already and still can not disconnect the internet connection for the previous address. Here is what happened. There is no phone call allowed due to the virus, so I went online to wait for 100 service chatting threads in front of me. After a couple of hours staring at the screen, I finally get a reply, one of the staff reply to me "let me transfer this chat to the correct department ". Then, just silence freezing screen there. I don't know what to do...
