(Customer ID 4960057 btw) I got a different internet service last year and applied to cancel my TPG subscription and got an email saying that someone will be in contact in about 2 days time. Keep in mind my contract had already been coming to an end and that NO ONE had been in contact. ITS BEEN MONTHS. I thought it had been cancelled because the money wasn’t getting taken off of my card but no, it was taken from my HUSBANDS card. TPG CHARGED ME 60 DOLLARS EVERY MONTH for 4/5 MONTHS. THATS OVER TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS. Give me my money back because I have not used a single bit of your horrible internet and cancel my goddamn subscription.
I’ve seen so many people have the same problem so I know I’m not alone. You’re service is absolutely horrendous. TPG better get your stuff together because one day you’re gonna have a lawsuit one day if you continue having terrible services.
