I wish to upgrade my NBN internet plan from $29.99 a month to unlimited $69.99 a month NBN50 effective immediately. I have tried multiple times via online chat over the last 3 days and get immediately cut off by customer service, I waited over 90mins on Change Plan phone number yesterday and then gave up. I have not been able to get through at all today via online chat or phone. How do I get through to customer consultant? Can someone call me back and fix this? The lack of contactability of TPG is beyond appalling.
