I'm unable to access github.com, getting a server not found DNS error. However, I am able to access it using TPG mobile data connection.Had the same issue few days ago and somehow it magically started to work, but the issue reappeared again today.
Is anyone else having the same issue?
TPG's DNS servers are as follows:
Primary DNS 203.12.160.35
Secondary DNS 203.12.160.36
These settings are in your Windows PC Ethernet Network properties.
Sometimes, if the primary DNS stops working, Windows fail to utilise the secondary DNS setting.
You might want to use the secondary DNS values on the primary DNS settings and see if that works. If not, you can temporarily use Google's DNS settings

I contacted TPG and was advised to use 8.8.8.8. DNS instead. I switched to it and was able to access github. Not sure why TPG's DNS won't resolve it correctly.
Thanks.
Yep. I have exactly that problem now. Cannnot connect to github via TPG but can when tethering via Telstra.
yes i have the exact sam eissue today

Thanks Ozone.
Why not use Google DNS always? Do you see any issues? TPG DNS servers seem unstable.
To use Google DNS over TPG DNS server is a choice entirely up to you.
Feel free to read through the Google Developers Website on everything you need to know about their Public DNS service.
I suggest you read the FAQ and then explore the other pages at your leisure.

I hope this helps.
Having the same issue. But it's sporadic. Was very cryptic until it became clear it was TPG's fault.
