HG659 firmware upgrade

Is V100R001C216B013 the latest version HG659 firmware? 

I have requested firmware update last week and been told it has updated with latest version. However it seems still same old version to me...

I checked your account using your community details and found out you're on a TPG-FTTB account. Your modem's firmware already has the latest version.

The firmware version of the Huawei HG659 used for TPG-FTTB accounts is different from that of the ones we provide for NBN accounts, albeit they're of the same brand/model.

I hope this clears out the confusion.
