I am shifting to a new house which has ADSL bundle connection. I need to relocate my current tpg broadband to that house. But when I try to do it online, it is asking me either to call the centre(which is not working as work from is going on) or wait for them to call me after leaving my detail and wait for them to call me back( I gave all my details with the new address and everything ). But I am have not received any call from them since last Thursday, that's when I raised my request. I have been trying to contact them since then, but nothing worked out. Can anyone inform me what process should I follow next?
