How long for engineer to contact about broken internet?

Hey there,
My Internet as been inactive since Friday afternoon and lodged with TPG around 20 hours ago. TPG said they escalated the issue and an engineer would be in contact within 24 hours. Just wondering how realistic this is? I need the Internet as I work from home and our house has terrible 4G coverage to hotspot.
