Get online support
HI,
I have had the internet connection dropping constantly for the last 4 days or so and it is essentially un-usable.
I have spoken to TPG customer service twice who have confirmed that they can see that there is a fault and I think the fault is on the wires coming into the house. They have twice escalated the ticket to the engineering team? but so far nothing further has happened.
Does anyone know how long I should expect to wait for an engineer to come? Is this a thing that takes weeks?
I am using my mobile data and have other devices that rely on the internet for safety, etc.
Any advice would be great
