I'm getting very frustrated. "Planned Maintenance" has been occuring every two weeks or so for the last year at least, increasing in frequency to the point that this coming week, there will be three 8-hour outages from 8 am to 4pm, on the 7th, 8th, and 10th of June! So 3 full business days out of 5 this week with no internet during business hours.
This on top of dozens of such outages in the last year, including last week!
There must be compensation for this - this is not a reliable service and not what I am paying for.
NBN reserve the right to perform maintenance work from time to time, which may temporarily interrupt your access to the service. Where possible, we will perform this work during non-peak times. We can assess your account for billing adjustment when the service is already restored. It will be subject for approval.
