How to set up IPTV with FTTB?

I tried to use VCL and channel list, as instructued on the TPG web site(, but it does not work. No picture appears as photo attached. 


I also tried to log on the TPG IPTV web page, which failed and told me "Unfortunately you are unable to utilise our IPTV service at this time due to the speed of your connection. "


Any one know how to fix this problem ? Much appreicated.

Hi ShaneA,


I tried the webpage first. The error comes up as below pictures which asks me to register then says my connectgion speed is not fast enough. 








Then I tried the second method on TPG website which suggest me to use VLC media player instead of the webpage. I tried this method as well, however there is no image, and only the orange bar at buttom constantly moving.
