I've been trying to get in touch with support for over a week now...impossible...I just moved house, I needed to move my service but no one would answer me and I can not move my service online myself - I tried...so now I moved house and I am paying for internet I do not have because it does not work! Can somebody please or cancel my account or move my service or offer a new service that will work?!
