Thanks for raising this to us, if this is an isolated case please try to check if same issue will occur when watching on other devices (i.esmart phone, laptop) in the event that the issue still persist and the service works fine it could be an issue from the streaming site. You may also try to reboot the modem/router and see how it goes.
