Get online support

I have no NBN Internet connection for one week

Please help.
It is the second time in this month.
Please Do Not explain to me any technical issues or terminology. I am not an IT expert and don’t understand anything about IT. I just want to know when I can have the Internet restored. Thanks

For customers experiencing any issues with their NBN service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage on the NBN network.

In your case, we have identified an issue with the physical set up and the issue was resolved by connecting the right cable to right port on the modem and NBN connection box.
